Midway Module is much more than a typical electronics repair facility.
We recognize technical support as an important part of our business that
separates us from the rest of the industry. We do not have dummies
reading scripts written by know-nothings for customer service agents
looking up an all-size-fits-all answer to a customer's technical issue
like telling them to do a reset on their device. Instead, we will actually get into the weeds if necessary to solve your problem. It is exceedingly rare to find one of the modules we rebuilt fail, however, some customers need help with a secondary problem on the same device unrelated to the module they sent us. It is not uncommon for us to exchange twenty or more email messages with photos back and forth to help troubleshoot a customer's device or machine.
We have found troubleshooting via email the best way to help a customer solve their technical problems using custom step-by-step instructions and photos most of the time. We have complied an extensive knowledge base on the modules we service and the devices they are a part of and are always innovating this process with great success as our customer feedback reflects.
