Warranty 

Warranty

Our 1-Year Total Module Warranty 2-Years for Power Plate and CNC Drives, includes tech support via email, excludes tinkering and acts of nature like, but not limited to lightning damage, power surge, flood, and earthquake damage. Intentional or unintentional tampering with module voids warranty, which includes but is not limited to pet urine, spilled fluid, or insect infestation damage. Batteries and incandescent lamps are not covered by this warranty. We reserve the right to mark your module for identification. Warranty service is accepted in compliance with and according to the following additional warranty terms:

Midway Module is not an affiliated service center for any manufacturer; therefore items serviced by us are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Midway Module, not the manufacturer, provides all warranties issued. All warranties issued herein are non-transferable without Midway Module's prior written consent.

Midway Module warrants that a module serviced by us pursuant to a particular service order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year 2-years for Power Plate and CNC motor drives from the date the customer receives the serviced module from us as 'The Warranty Period'. The foregoing warranty shall only be applicable to a serviced module stored, installed, handled, operated, or otherwise used under normal conditions. Warranty excludes tinkering and acts of nature, but not limited to lightning damage, power surge, flood, unintentional tampering, insect infestation damage, spilled fluid damage, and earthquake damage. We reserve the right to mark your module for identification.

If during 'The Warranty Period', a customer wishes to make a claim, the customer shall provide notice using the email: support@midwaymodule.com

Upon receipt of a warranty claim, Midway Module will issue a Return Maintenance Authorization (RMA) number to keep track of the shipment and the service. Midway Module will not accept any warranty claim without a valid "RMA" and written in black magic marker on the outside of the return box containing the module.

Freight for modules returned under warranty claims shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

Midway Module's obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, in Midway Module's sole discretion, of any such repaired module or part/component thereof as Midway Module determines free of charge to our customer. If Midway Module determines that the repaired module cannot be repaired or replaced, Midway Module shall credit the customer's account in an amount equal to the sum paid for the original invoiced service.

Any warranty claim must be received before the end of 'The Warranty Period', together with return to Midway Module of the module within this same period, and must include a Midway Module "RMA" number.

If during 'The Warranty Period', a customer wishes to use our technical support, the customer must first provide notice using the email: support@midwaymodule.com

Midway Module's technical support is limited to 'The Warranty Period', and exclusively provided by email. If Midway Module should agree to allow testing of a module other than the serviced module, which must be sent to Midway Module with our prior consent, the shipping, handling, and testing costs shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

In no event shall Midway Module be liable for physical injury to customer or participants, consequential damages, incidental damages, or equipment damage as a result of using our technical support. Safety is the sole responsibility of the customer and participants.

This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied; including that Midway Module disclaims any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall Midway Module be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to Midway Module for the repaired module. Further, Midway Module shall not be liable for any special damages including consequential damages, incidental damages, lost profits, or lost revenue.

While many electronic module products will have firmware already installed, Midway Module makes no representation as to whether a product will or will not have firmware and, if it does have firmware, whether the firmware is the revision level that you need for your application. Midway Module also makes no representations as to your ability or right to download or otherwise obtain firmware for the product from the manufacturer, its distributors, or any other source. Midway Module also makes no representations as to your right to install any such firmware on the product. Midway Module will not obtain or supply firmware on your behalf. It is your obligation to comply with the terms of any End-User License Agreement or similar document related to obtaining or installing firmware.
