This HVPS - CCPS is identified as Candela P/N 4001-01-0091 and Excelitas P/N 1102690. Repair service includes troubleshooting of the main converter, PFC, control, bias, and simmer circuitry, followed by functional bench testing of the repaired power supply, including independent testing of the Alexandrite 755 nm and Nd:YAG 1064 nm simmer - START control paths.

Compatible Candela models: GentleMax Pro, GentleMax Pro Plus, GentleLASE Pro, and GentleYAG Pro when equipped with the TLCX402 / Candela P/N 4001-01-0091 HVPS. Please provide a clear photo of the HVPS identification label during pre-approval so compatibility can be confirmed before shipping.

Typical faults include no high-voltage output, failure to charge, converter or PFC failure, IGBT damage, no simmer output, and other HVPS - CCPS faults. Before a TLCX402 HVPS can be accepted for our flat-rate repair service, we require recent photographs and a brief condition disclosure by email regarding previous repairs, corrosion, burn or arc damage, missing parts, mechanical damage, or other abnormal conditions. Units with abnormal damage or an unknown service history may require a $75.00 Pre-Repair Evaluation before being accepted for flat-rate repair. If the unit qualifies and the repair proceeds, the $75.00 evaluation fee will be credited toward the flat-rate repair. Please contact us by email and receive pre-approval before shipping your HVPS.

After we review your condition disclosure and photographs, we will provide the appropriate invoice and packaging instructions.
